We’re officially under new management… Will explain a little further as the days go by.

We’ve been working, on various different things, including experimenting with various CMS like WordPress, Movable Type, and now TextPattern, which is proving to be a very nice CMS indeed.

I still don’t know which is the easiest or the best, I mean, if you’re a CSS freak, you’ll do okay with any. I like the template system in WordPress, but the simplicity and ease of use of TextPattern is great.

Okay. All done, or about almost done, just need to finish the folio and about pages, but who cares

Hope you like some of it, took me about a week to figure out all the Wordpress lingo and jingles.

As no one can see because this isn’t public, the first column is done. Colors are not 100& because they’re all over the place.

But the site is almost going to open. Wanted to keep posting so when this version premieres there won’t be a huge gap in ‘news’, hence the reason for this being a blog.

I would encourage anyone to visit www.colourlovers.com since I have been messing around with different palettes and going back in CSS to make it look as ‘horrible’ as the color combination looks.

Sidebar tomorrow. Its going pretty fast considering, I am working on not only this project, but many others.

I may soon consider taking in more projects so stay tuned.

Yes, the other one was less than 2 weeks old, and we got bored with it. Mainly because it wasn’t totally our design, MovableType had most of the credit for it.

But this is all our working, hard working, for a whole week( :happy face: )

Hope you like some of it, and yes, its not over, it will be changing in the coming days and weeks, but for the better.

Yes, we’re moving to WordPress, so don’t worry about the lack of updates, I have been doing a lot of coding for the new version, but also recommending this CMS to all our clients.

I started this blog on MovableType, but the community based information organizing, is still in its early stages of development, unlike the WordPress community.

We have developed new logos for our various projects. I can’t post them right now, because these have not been approved for publishing. I will as soon as they go up.
But look to the right and now you can see some new buttons for some of the more intensive projects we have under the hood.

Simple vectors for the cloud and text with difference in colors with a layer of gaussian blur on the Glow.

Como pueden ver agrege un signo de “Abierto” o Open a la imagen de arriba.
Todo fue basico, 1 capa con los colores de el texto y una capa con el texto con el color que quieres aplicar el ‘Gaussian Blur’ el cual sirve de la iluminación.
Lo mismo con la nube o el circulo.
